Warsaw Metro chooses Inspiro

The Warsaw Metro is to acquire a supplementary fleet of Inspiro trams.

The new 35 six-car Inspiros will be used on the existing 23km Line 1 and the new Line 2 currently under construction. A joint venture between Siemens and Newag, Poland, will deliver the 272 million Euro deal. The first of the new trains should be ready next year.
