Eversholt Rail appoints new Chairman

Graham Love has been appointed Non-Executive Chairman of leading rolling stock company Eversholt Rail.

Graham becomes the first Non-Executive Chairman of Eversholt Rail since it was acquired by Eversholt Investment Group, a consortium consisting 3i Infrastructure plc, Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners and STAR Capital Partners in 2010.

Eversholt Rail Group is one of the UK’s leading rolling stock groups. It owns approximately one third of the UK’s rolling stock and provides a comprehensive range of rolling stock leasing and asset management services for the UK passenger and freight rail markets.

Mary Kenny, Chief Executive Officer says “I am looking forward to working with Graham, who is highly supportive of our strategy and approach and Graham’s advice and counsel will be a great benefit to the business and the board.”

Graham Love is currently Chairman of LGC Science Group, and a principal with the Chertoff Group, a strategic advisory firm that focuses on the security and intelligence markets.
