DB Schenker, the transportation and logistics division of Deutsche Bahn, will present its core competencies and range of services at Transport Logistic. The world’s largest trade fair in the transportation and logistics industry will take place in Munich from May 10 to 13, 2011.
Visitors will be able to experience the diverse range of products and services offered by the DB Schenker Logistics and DB Schenker Rail Business Units at DB Schenker’s stand in hall B6 under the motto “Delivering Solutions.”
“We will demonstrate our strong international network, present our attractive industry-specific solutions and introduce new sustainable climate protection solutions at the trade fair. The transpo fair is one of the most important platforms that gives us the opportunity to seek out an active dialog with our national and international customers and convince them of our quality of service,” says Dr. Karl-Friedrich Rausch, Member of the Management Board of DB Mobility Logistics AG responsible for Transportation and Logistics.
The focus at the trade fair will be on modern industry-specific solutions for trade and industry that incorporate the intelligent link among the different modes of transportation at DB Schenker.
Numerous industry experts from Europe and other regions of the world and from the product areas will be on hand for technical discussions at the DB Schenker stand. Covering over 1,100 square meters, the stand once again features an impressive architectural design.
The DB Schenker Award, which recognizes young scientists and comes with a 10,000 euro prize, is also traditionally handed out at the Munich trade fair.
