Chiltern Railways’ passengers are facing major delays this morning after a person was hit by a train near Haddenham & Thame Parkway.

All Chiltern services between Banbury and London Marylebone will face delays.

National Rail enquiries has said that buses are replacing the services between Bicester North and Princes Risborough, with journey times being extended by up to 60 minutes.

These delays are expected to continue until approximately 11:00.

Chiltern customers can use their tickets on First Great Western, London Midland and Virgin Trains ‘on all reasonable routes to and from London.’

Customers may also use CrossCountry trains between Leamington Spa and Reading.
