McGinley Support Services, which is sponsoring the Rail Manager of the Year at the RailStaff Awards 2011, has set up a new specialist division, McGinley Corporate Solutions.
Originally a supplier of contract and temporary labour to the construction and rail industries, McGinley Support Services is expanding its higher level management recruitment operation, adding a specialist search and selection service for the UK and International civil engineering sector.
In addition to this, Corporate Solutions will be providing an RPO capability and a Bid Support service to help clients with the creation of short, mid and long term talent pools that will reduce costs and time to hire.
Paul Rance, a consultant with 24 years construction recruitment experience will head up the team. More recently Paul has been working with niche consultancies on assignments with salaries of up to £240k.

“The creation of this division allows us to provide a fully confidential, specialist service to those looking for senior executive and board level personnel in the civil engineering industry, here in the UK and overseas.

Established in 1962, the McGinley Group now employs over 195 people and supplies over 3,000 temporary and contract staff every day as well as placing over 500 candidates each year in permanent roles throughout Europe.
