c2c celebrates highest punctuality score this year

National Express train operator c2c has topped the national punctuality table once again.

Rail industry statistics released today reveal that East London and Essex train operator c2c has achieved 97.8% of trains on time for the four weeks ending 12 November.

The figure marks c2c’s highest score for a 4-week period this year, and also confirms that for eight of the last ten months c2c has been the best performing and most punctual train operator in the UK.

Julian Drury c2c’s Managing Director said:

“Once again the c2c team has truly excelled in producing our best performance of the year.

“I am proud of their dedicated efforts in providing our customers in Essex and East London with rail-industry leading performance from a local train operator, providing a national best.”
