The Supervisory Board of RATP Dev has decided to enlarge its Executive Board from two to four members to ensure the management is able to support the company’s ambitions, both in France and internationally.

Alongside RATP Dev’s Chairman and CEO, Jean-Marc Janaillac, Emmanuel Ansart, Laurence Batlle and Laurence Le Blanc have joined the executive board.

The new organisation reflects diversity and complementarity, with the board members heading up the following functions:

  • Jean-Marc Janaillac, CEO, legally represents the company and also ensures general supervision of the various divisions and activities, along with overall coordination of the strategic approach
  • Emmanuel Ansart, Director France, will primarily head business development and activities relating to the France Business Unit, which he also directs
  • Laurence Batlle, Chief Financial Officer, will be specifically responsible for financial, legal, IT and administrative matters
  • Laurence Le Blanc, Director International, will concentrate on business development and activities relating to the International Business Unit, which she also directs.

The executive board provides the general direction and management of the company.

Its board members are appointed for six-year terms and each member will contribute proposals, advice and opinions in their responsible fields in order to provide the executive board with sufficient input to devise the best possible strategy as well as effective decision making.

Thierry Ossent, until now managing director of RATP Dev, has been appointed deputy director of international business for the RATP Group and managing director of RATP-I.
