VINCI Facilities secures maintenance contracts

VINCI Facilities has been awarded two facilities management contracts for Transport for London and London Underground.

Together valued at £18m, the Facilities Management contracts include parts of the corporate and operational estate’s providing Service Desk, HVAC, M&E, Building Fabric, Soft and Security Services.

The contract is set for a five year period.

VINCI Facility’s approach, combining ‘robust asset management delivered by bespoke operational CAFM systems and a dynamic approach to labour and resource allocation, demonstrated key deliverables of the invitation to tender’.

Commenting on the appointment, Tony Raikes, Managing Director, VINCI Facilities said:

“We are delighted to win two contracts working in an environment where our experience and expertise will be utilised greatly.

“We will be working closely with both TfL and London Underground to ensure that all of our services are delivered to the highest standard.”

In taking over these contracts VINCI Facilities will ‘ensure a smooth transition for all stakeholders and in particular for the workers of the previous contractors’ with minimum disruption’.
