Keith Greenfield joins Heathrow Express as Managing Director

The rail service connecting Heathrow Airport to central London through Paddington station has appointed Heathrow ex Airline Business Development Director, Keith Greenfield with immediate effect.

2012 will see the service commit to new innovations underpinned by an extensive investment which will see the company, the only train operator to own both the rolling stock and the land and track it runs on, focus on continuous improvement to its operating and customer service.

In his previous role at Heathrow Greenfield was responsible for establishing and developing commercial relationships between the airlines based at Heathrow and the airport itself.

Prior to this for nine years Greenfield headed up Orange UK’s Wholesale Business division.

Greenfield says: “I have always admired the attention to detail, customer care, service and reliability that I have experienced at Heathrow Express as a customer and look forward to taking Heathrow Express into a new era in 2012.”
