Industrial action scheduled for tomorrow (Tuesday 14th February) will affect some ScotRail services, the train operator has warned.

The RMT said its rail signalling staff at the West of Scotland Signalling Centre will be striking again for 24 hours.

The union said the strike has been called ‘following a total failure by the management to make any progress’ regarding a dispute over career progression.

Services between Glasgow Central – Gourock / Wemyss Bay will be reduced from three trains per hour to two trains per hour.

ScotRail services between Glasgow Central – Paisley Canal will be reduced from two trains per hour to one train per hour until approximately 19:00. After 19:00 an hourly replacement bus service will run.

Passengers are being advised to check online before they travel around the Glasgow area.

Other changes to services can be found here.
