São Paulo’s 7000 series trains have returned to service on the city’s Line 8 following the completion of a fleet modernisation programme.

Rail operator CPTM has invested millions overhauling the fleet of CAF trains and modernising stations along the line.

The Itapevi – Amador Bueno extension remains closed while rennovation work continues.
