The project is estimated to cost 83 million euros.

“It’s a technically very complex project,” said the chief executive of Grandi Stazioni, Fabio Battaggia.

“[It’s] A big challenge faced in unique conditions.

“We are building a tunnel services and a parking garage in the largest Italian station, in the city centre, ensuring the full exercise of the station, with the passage of more than 800 trains and 400,000 people every day.”
