Eurostar has said that its services “should not” be affected by planned strikes across the French rail network.

Union members in France have proposed industrial action from 20.00 Wednesday, June 13, to 08.00 on Friday, June 14.

Eurostar has published a notice online, saying that the operator expects services to run as normal despite the disruption around the rest of the country.

Eurostar customers are being given the opportunity to exchange their tickets, free of charge, for a different date.
