South West Trains is offering passengers travelling from Andover on Saturday 5th November an opportunity to try the train for the bargain price of only £10 return for adults and £5 for children.
The special initiative, ‘Rainbow Day’ aims to encourage people to give the train a try and travel anywhere on South West Trains network.
Thousands of discounted tickets will be available on Rainbow Day, and day trippers can choose from a range of destinations including a trip to London to see the sights of the capital city or to enjoy bonfire night at one of the many displays being held across the region.
Tickets will be sold exclusively at Andover station ticket office. A voucher will be required, which can be downloaded from the website.
Tickets can be bought in advance or on the day. There will be no limit to the number of Rainbow tickets issued on 5th November but all travel must be completed on that day only.
