Additional rail services for Heineken Cup Final

Additional Arriva Trains Wales services will be made available for the Heineken Cup Final at the Millennium Stadium on Saturday 21st May 2011.

The game will kick-off at the Millennium Stadium at 17:00 and around 75,000 fans are expected at the stadium. Train services are expected to be very busy.

A queuing system will be in place at Cardiff Central station after the match and Queen Street station will be closed as usual after 18:45.

Simon Turton, Special Events Manager for Arriva Trains Wales said:

“Additional services have been added and significant additional capacity will be provided to ensure the transportation of fans to and from the game.”
