Organisers of Infrarail 2014 have confirmed that Earls Court will host the 10th event in the series between May 20 and 22.

More than 200 companies from the world of rail infrastructure took part in the 2012 show.

Specialists in track, signalling, electrification, safety and structures welcomed just over 4,500 managers, engineers and decision-makers in Birmingham last year.

In addition to exhibitors’ stands, Infrarail 2014 will include dedicated display areas enabling companies to present specialised equipment and plant.

Programmes of free technical seminars and keynote presentations will run throughout the show and the third Infrarail Awards dinner will acknowledge exhibitors’ successes and achievements.

Exhibition manager Heidi Cotsworth said: “With so much investment in UK rail infrastructure, some of it looking well ahead, business prospects for companies supplying this market appear very promising.

“This 10th Infrarail provides a great opportunity for firms seeking a share of that business to present their capabilities in an environment that the whole industry knows and respects.”

Infrarail 2014 is organised by Mack Brooks Exhibitions, which also runs the Railtex series of rail technology events in the UK, SIFER in France, EXPO Ferroviaria in Italy and Exporail shows in Russia and – new in 2014 – in Thailand.

Information on the exhibition can be found at www.infrarail.com
