Strukton and John Holland launch asset monitoring and performance business

Strukton and John Holland have used InnoTrans to announce the creation of Acuit.Systems – a new joint venture which will help businesses improve the performance and maintenance of assets.

Aimed at railways in Australia and New Zealand, Acuit.Systems will capture and analyse performance data, enabling companies to get the most out of their assets and better plan maintenance activities.

Announcing the partnership, Gary Seabury, executive general manager of rail at John Holland, said: “Our new joint venture will support railway owners and operators to understand their assets and provide them with the tools to execute an effective maintenance regime resulting in excellent performance and guaranteeing desired availability.

“John Holland has a long standing expertise in this field, with a strong network of customers and franchise partners, local market knowledge, industry accreditation and facilities.”
