Bombardier has successfully delivered its 200th VLocity diesel multiple unit (DMU) to Public Transport Victoria, Australia.

The rolling stock manufacturer has been building VLocity trains – which operate on V/Line’s regional rail network – from the Melbourne suburb of Dandenong for more than ten years.

Bombardier said that the local manufacturing project is supporting more than 600 jobs in the wider rail industry.
